location: the hotel was right by airport and main centres as well as footpath out the front. the breakfast was satisfactory with good coffee, and the ones who served it were incredibly nice.

We read the reviews, booked a room online and were stunned when we arrived! We have honestly stayed at 5 stars that did not provide as good a service. Our room was nice, clean and maintained perfectly every day. The staff were exceptional; always helpful and pleasant. They provided me with printing and scanning service at all hours. Wifi in the rooms was good with only occasional interruptions. Restaurant is very small but the food was fine. Convenience store next door. If your agile and fleet of foot when crossing Manila roadways.......you will find the Greenbelt Shopping area to be about a 20 minute walk; otherwise have the doorman flag down a metered taxi for your travels.

This place is a 10 for it's cost, except for it's location. It is outside of the "tourist" area. Therefore, people who are uncomfortable in low income areas of a city may feel a little uneasy. We had no problems. We will stay here any time we come to Manila for shopping etc... Note: If you book a double standard room, you may get a room with no windows. Ours was absolutely fine......it's just for sleeping anyway!

I had a pleasant stay at Vip Suite. The room was spacious and had an outside sitting area, which was convenient for my meeting. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Everything about the room was in order. Comfortable, clean and efficient staff. Location seemed to be not so desirable but being my first time in Manilla and being only an overnight stay before continuing travel early the following day, I didn't have any chance to explore the area. After checking out of the hotel, I received an email 2 days later (once email was available) from the hotel staff apologizing that my credit card had been left at the front desk. The staff was very apologetic and was waiting on my instructions for returning the cc. Great service, unfortunate snafu with the cc.

Spacious room made us happy 😊. Free Wi-Fi everywhere was a bonus. Also, the location next to holy family parish was convenient.

Conveniently located, near airport and Makati; bars and restaurants in nearby residences; mall within 5 minutes; friendly staff and security guard; clean and pleasant with comfortable bed and pillows.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and shops, with easy access to other sights. Despite being situated in a busy working class neighborhood, the interiors are elegant, modern and clean, making for a pleasant surprise. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, with complimentary breakfast and great spa facilities.

Although some rooms might be considered small, they are designed with plenty of storage.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professional attitude of the staff at this hotel. They provided excellent service and were very accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, ensuring a good rest before my flight. The hotel also offers complimentary tea and coffee, as well as spa facilities and free wi-fi throughout the property.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, the location is so convenient as it is very close to all areas of interest. I also enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff was very helpful and courteous during my whole accommodation. Moreover, the hotel facilities are well thought out, from the cleanliness of the place to the comfortable beds and towels provided, everything was perfect.

Couldn't fault! The whole experience was fantastic and I couldn't find any negative aspects during my stay in this city.
